Thank you for your purchase from ClayProVR.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned complete with all included components.
  • The product must not be modified, altered, or damaged.
  • The product must be returned in reasonable condition.
  • The product must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Customers are responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges incurred during the original shipment or return process are non-refundable.

Refund Deductions

Customers may inspect and test the product as they would in a physical retail environment.

If the returned product shows damage, excessive wear, missing parts, modifications, or deterioration beyond what is necessary to evaluate its nature, characteristics, and function, ClayProVR reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

Compatibility information provided by ClayProVR is intended as guidance only.

Returns resulting solely from unsupported firearm configurations, unsupported materials, unsupported accessories, or failure to follow compatibility guidelines may be subject to reduced refunds where permitted by law.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at ClayProVR's discretion.
