1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of ClayProVR products through the ClayProVR website.

By purchasing or using ClayProVR products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Product Use & Firearm Safety

ClayProVR is a VR training accessory designed for dry-fire training use only.

ClayProVR is not a firearm safety device and must never be relied upon to make a firearm safe.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring any firearm used with the product is completely unloaded, visually and physically verifying the firearm is empty before use, keeping ammunition separate from the training area, and following all firearm safety rules at all times.

Improper use of firearms may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.

By using ClayProVR products, the user accepts all responsibility and risks associated with firearm handling and product use.

 

3. Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

ClayProVR products may not be compatible with all firearms, ribs, receivers, optics, accessories, or VR headset setups.

Compatibility information provided on the website is intended as guidance only.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

ClayProVR shall not be liable for misuse of the product, improper firearm handling, indirect or consequential damages, property damage, personal injury, loss of income, customs delays, import issues, or compatibility-related issues outside the stated product specifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClayProVR’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

 

5. Warranty & Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or experiences manufacturing faults during normal intended use, please contact ClayProVR support at clayprovr@gmail.com

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper setup, normal wear, or compatibility issues outside stated requirements.

ClayProVR reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement or warranty service.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Returned products must be in acceptable condition.

Shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, or return shipping expenses may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Compatibility issues caused by unsupported firearm configurations or failure to follow compatibility guidelines may not qualify for return coverage.

 

7. Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

ClayProVR is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, import duties, taxes, VAT, or local fees charged by destination countries.

International shipping times are estimates only.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, product designs, videos, images, and materials related to ClayProVR remain the intellectual property of ClayProVR.

Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Any disputes arising in connection with ClayProVR products or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
