Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
ClayProVR ships worldwide from Denmark.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us and we will determine whether shipping can be arranged.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed.
European Union
- Typically 3–6 business days
United States
- Typically 8–10 business days
- Occasionally up to 12 business days depending on carrier routing and customs processing
International Destinations
- Delivery times vary by country and local customs procedures
Customs, Duties & Taxes
European Union
VAT is included where applicable.
Non-EU Countries
Customers may be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
ClayProVR has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided once an order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
In some cases, packages may continue moving through the shipping network without receiving regular tracking updates.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact ClayProVR immediately.
Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
ClayProVR is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Weather events
- Carrier disruptions
- Public holidays
- Government actions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Lost Packages
If a shipment appears lost, please contact ClayProVR.
An investigation with the carrier may be required before a replacement shipment or refund can be considered.
